I built EVO3 because I believe the best AI systems are built with people, not shipped at them. That same philosophy shapes how I work with collaborators, clients, and fellow builders.
I'm selective about what I take on — not because I'm gatekeeping, but because I'd rather do a handful of things exceptionally than spread thin across a dozen. When I say yes to working with you, I'm all in: your goals become my design constraints, your team's clarity becomes my deliverable.
If you're solving a real problem and want a partner who shows up with both technical depth and strategic thinking, keep reading.
Ways to Work Together
Every engagement is different. Here are the five modes I operate in — each designed for a different stage, need, and pace.
You need senior AI architecture expertise without a full-time hire. I embed into your team for a sprint or retainer period — designing systems, reviewing agent logic, setting standards, and making sure your AI infrastructure actually holds.
You have an idea and the domain expertise. I bring the AI architecture and technical execution. Together we design, build, and ship — as genuine co-founders or product collaborators. This is for builders who want a real partner, not a vendor.
I speak to teams, conferences, and executive audiences on AI literacy, prompt engineering craft, agentic system design, and building human-centered AI. My sessions are practical and grounded — no slide-deck hype, just transferable knowledge.
You're a founder, executive, or team lead navigating AI decisions — what to build, what to buy, how to govern it, and how to build internal capability without becoming dependent on one vendor. I advise on roadmaps, governance frameworks, and team coaching.
I maintain and contribute to open tooling in the agentic AI space. If you're building something aligned with human-centric AI principles and want a thoughtful contributor or collaborator — or if you want to build on top of EVO3's public tools — let's connect. No gate, no bureaucracy.
Let's Talk
Tell me a bit about what you're working on and the type of collaboration you have in mind. I read every message personally and respond within 48 hours.
I'll be in touch within 48 hours. Talk soon.
Transparency
No mystery, no flakiness. Here's exactly how things move when you reach out.
Fill in the form above with what you're working on. The more specific you are, the more useful my reply will be.
I read and reply to every inquiry personally. If there's a fit, I'll say so and suggest next steps. If not, I'll tell you that too — and often point you somewhere better.
If there's a mutual fit, we'll schedule a focused 30-minute call. No pitch decks, no sales process — just a real conversation about what you need and whether I'm the right person to help.
After the call, I'll send a clear proposal: scope, timeline, format, and pricing. No vague SOWs. You'll know exactly what you're getting and when.
Common Questions
Yes — I take on a limited number of engagements at a time to protect the quality of my work. Current availability varies by engagement type. The best way to check is to send an inquiry: I'll be upfront about timeline and whether I can start immediately or have a short waitlist.
I don't publish a public rate card because the right structure depends on the engagement. Fractional work is typically structured as project-based sprints or monthly retainers. Advisory is a flat monthly fee. Speaking engagements have a standard rate with flexibility for nonprofits and academic events. I'll give you a clear number in the proposal — no guessing games.
Once we agree on scope and sign a simple agreement, I kick off with an architecture intake session — usually 60–90 minutes. We map your current systems, your goals, and your team's capacity. From there I build a working plan for the sprint or engagement. Most clients are in an active working rhythm within the first week.
Both — though what fits depends on the engagement type. Early-stage startups are often a great fit for Co-Build partnerships or a targeted sprint to get an MVP architecture right. Established companies tend to engage me for fractional architecture, advisory, or team training. If you're pre-revenue and bootstrapped, let's talk — I'm open to creative arrangements for the right project.
