The Studio

Built to Keep Humans
in the Loop

EVO3 is an agentic AI architecture studio with a single organizing principle: AI systems should amplify human judgment, not replace it. We design, build, and govern multi-agent workflows for organizations that need AI to work — reliably, transparently, and with people firmly in control.

Our work spans the full stack of agentic AI: from system architecture and prompt engineering to HITL governance frameworks, workflow automation, and team training. Every engagement starts with the same question — not "what can AI do?" but "what should humans always decide?" That constraint shapes everything we build.

We founded EVO3 because the gap between a powerful AI system and a useful one is almost always a human problem — pipelines that weren't designed around the people operating them, automation that broke trust because no one built in a way to intervene. We build the other kind: systems that surface uncertainty, invite review, and recover cleanly when they fail.

The Team

Who We Are

Sierra Napier-Leach — Founder & Lead AI Architect

Sierra Napier-Leach

Founder & Lead AI Architect

Sierra is a self-taught data analyst turned AI architect with more than a decade of public-sector and institutional experience — from Senior Data Analyst at the City of Fort Lauderdale to Senior Performance & Data Analyst in the Office of the City Administrator and Mayor of Washington D.C., to Executive Analyst at Accenture, to Data Manager within WMATA's board-level Digital & AI Ecosystem initiative. She holds an MPA, was featured by Public Sector Network for her work on Human-Centered Data, and spent four years as a self-directed AI learner — studying coursework from Harvard, MIT, and Columbia not for credentials, but for understanding. She founded EVO3 on the conviction that the most dangerous AI isn't the one that fails — it's the one that fails and keeps going.

Marcus Miller — Chief Marketing Officer & Branding Visionary

Marcus Miller

Chief Marketing Officer & Branding Visionary

Marcus Miller is EVO3's brand architect and strategic voice. As CMO & Co-Founder, he leads how EVO3 communicates its work to the world — translating complex agentic AI systems into clear, credible narratives that resonate with clients, partners, and the public. With an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Columbia University and a career built on brand management and stakeholder experience at the senior director level, Marcus ensures that every system EVO3 ships is not just powerful — but trusted. He believes the hardest part of any AI initiative isn't the technology; it's making humans believe in it.

Our Principles

EVO3's Core Philosophy

Resilience over Efficiency

A system that breaks and stays broken is useless. We prioritize self-healing architectures that surface failures fast and recover cleanly — because in production, graceful degradation is the feature.

Governance over Autonomy

"Rogue" AI is a failure of design, not a feature. Human-in-the-Loop oversight is built into every architecture we ship — not bolted on at the end. If humans can't intervene, the system isn't finished.

Explainable Logic

Every agent decision must be traceable and understandable by its human overseer. If you can't explain what it did, you haven't earned the trust to deploy it — and you certainly can't fix it when it breaks.
